From ferry handoff to doorstep.
FerrySide is designed around the gap between arrival in Cruz Bay and accommodation check-in.
Reserve online
When booking opens, choose your ferry arrival, destination and number of bags. Every reservation is completed online—even walk-ups.
Meet us by the Freedom Statue
After leaving the Cruz Bay passenger ferry dock, meet FerrySide at the nearby intersection by the Freedom Statue. We scan your reservation, photograph each bag and print a unique QR-coded tag for every item.
Enjoy St. John
Head to lunch, the beach or the shops while your luggage remains in a secure environment.
Receive delivery confirmation
Your bags are delivered by 5 p.m.—often earlier—and you receive the recipient name and delivery photo.

Ferry delayed or missed?
Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll work with you to move your handoff to a later arrival, subject to availability.
Change of plans?
We plan to offer free changes and cancellation before your bags are handed to us. The final cancellation terms will be shown before payment when reservations open.
Who receives the bags?
Give us your destination and an authorized recipient or property contact. We’ll confirm delivery arrangements before accepting your bags.
Please keep medication, passports, valuables and anything needed during the day with you. Exact handoff hours and delivery eligibility will be confirmed at booking.
